ISLAMABAD, Apr 17 (APP):Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday said “Ehsas” was a flagship programme of the present government which was aimed at addressing the issue of poverty alleviation from the country in comprehensive manner.
The prime minister said this while chairing a review meeting on “Ehsas” Programme, which was held here in PM Office.
He reviewed timelines for implementation of various policy actions of the programme including Tahaffuz, Kifalat, Housing for orphans and destitute, nutrition, district development portals and employment.
The prime minister said government wanted to ensure complete transparency in all programmes including Bait-ul-Mal to eliminate element of discretion at any level.
