Education ministry to provide all out support to teachers: Shafqat

ISLAMABAD, Oct 10 (APP):Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mahmood on Wednesday said that the ministry is responsible to provide all out facilities to the teachers working in public sector schools of federal capital.
In a meeting with the daily wages teachers working under Federal Directorate of Education (FDE), he also assured them for their permanent appointment as per the directions of Islamabad High Court (IHC).
He said that earlier the issue of daily wages was in domain of ministry of Capital Administration and Development Division (CADD), adding; after its abolition the educational institutions had been transferred to the education ministry.
The teachers from National Commission for Human Development (NCHD) and Basic Education Community Schools(BECS) also met with the minister.
The minister has also assured the provision of salaries to the teachers on daily wages working in BECS schools.
