ISLAMABAD, Jan 28 (APP):The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has reinstated Sadaf Ihsan as Member of the National Assembly on a reserved women’s seat from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In a notification issued Wednesday, the ECP withdrew its May 2, 2024 order in the case “JUI-Pakistan, Hina Bibi Vs. Sadaf Ihsan,” restoring its earlier March 4, 2024 notification. The decision confirms Ihsan’s position as MNA.
The notification, signed by Deputy Director Muhammad Asad Ali, has been forwarded to the Printing Corporation of Pakistan for publication in the Gazette
