ISLAMABAD, Oct 15 (APP): The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast dry weather for most parts of the country during the next 24 hours, while hilly areas are expected to remain cold during the morning and night hours.
According to the daily weather report issued by the Pakistan Meteorological Department on Wednesday evening, dry conditions are likely to persist in Islamabad and surrounding areas. Similar weather patterns are expected across most districts of Punjab, including Murree and Galiyat, where the nights and early mornings will remain cold.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, dry weather will prevail in most districts, while hilly regions may experience colder nights and mornings.
Sindh is expected to remain hot and dry, while Balochistan will see dry conditions with cold temperatures in its northern parts.
Meanwhile, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir are likely to experience dry or partly cloudy weather, with chilly conditions during morning and night hours.
During the past 24 hours, dry weather prevailed across most parts of the country, while hilly areas remained cold. The highest maximum temperature recorded today was 38 degrees Celsius in Sibbi and Chhor.

Islamabad 16/31 degrees Celsius, Lahore 19/33, Karachi 23/35, Peshawar 18/32, Quetta 08/30, Gilgit 06/29, Muzaffarabad 13/33, Skardu 02/22, Murree 08/19, Faisalabad 19/33, Multan 20/34, Srinagar 08/26, Jammu 19/30, Leh 00/16, Pulwama 08/27, Anantnag 09/28, Shopian 09/27, and Baramulla 08/28 degrees Celsius.
