Dr Tariq Fazal pays tribute to Quaid-e-Azam on 78th death anniversary
ISLAMABAD, Sep 11 (APP):Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Friday paid rich tribute to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on behalf of the entire nation.
In a message marking the 78th death anniversary of the Father of the Nation, he said the Quaid’s vision, political acumen, adherence to principles and tireless struggle enabled the Muslims of the subcontinent to achieve an independent homeland.
Dr Tariq said Quaid-e-Azam’s great struggle and unparalleled leadership would continue to guide the nation. He said the golden principles of faith, unity and discipline remained the foundation of Pakistan’s development, stability and prosperity.
The minister said Quaid-e-Azam had envisioned Pakistan as a country where all citizens enjoyed equal rights without discrimination. He said the welfare and well-being of the people was a fundamental part of the Quaid’s vision for Pakistan.
Dr Tariq stressed the need for the nation to renew its commitment to the thoughts, ideals and principles of Quaid-e-Azam. He said every Pakistani must play a role in promoting national unity, economic stability, education and development.
By following the Quaid’s principles, he said, Pakistan could move further towards development, stability and prosperity.
The minister prayed to Almighty Allah to elevate the ranks of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and grant the nation strength to follow in his footsteps.
