ISLAMABAD, Jul 12 (APP): Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Sunday expressed deep sorrow over the tragic loss of lives and widespread devastation caused by severe floods and landslides in Bangladesh, extending heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and reaffirming Pakistan’s solidarity with the Bangladeshi government and people.
In a statement posted on X, the minister said he was deeply saddened by the disaster, which had claimed precious lives and caused extensive destruction across parts of Bangladesh.
Dr. Tariq Fazal Chaudhry extended his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and expressed sincere solidarity with the Government and people of Bangladesh during this difficult time.
He said Pakistan’s thoughts and prayers were with those who had lost their loved ones, the injured, and everyone affected by the disaster.
The minister prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured and wished the people of Bangladesh strength and resilience as they recover from the tragedy.
