ISLAMABAD, Jun 28 (APP):Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan Friday asked the opposition to think ten times before bringing motion for replacement of Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani.
Talking to media persons outside the Parliament House, she said the result of the motion against the Chairman Senate would not be different to what happened to opposition during the budget.
Dr Firdous said that the move against the Chairman Senate would tantamount to attack on the federation, adding the government would take every constitutional step to protect Chairman Senate.
The SAPM urged the opposition to cooperate with the government to resolve the economic issues. She said the government was committed to strengthen the Parliament according to the aspirations of the people.
