DPM reviews preparations for SCO summit
ISLAMABAD, Oct 24 (APP):Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Muhammad Ishaq Dar chaired a meeting of the Follow-Up Committee on Venue and Accommodation for Council of Heads of States Summit (SCO-CHS) to be hosted by Pakistan in 2027.
DPM/FM reviewed the state of progress and preparedness of the summit venue as well as accommodation options. He directed all concerned to ensure smooth and seamless conduct of the forthcoming summit.
The meeting was attended by SAPM Tariq Bajwa, Foreign Secretary, Interior Secretary, Pakistan’s National Coordinator for SCO, Chairman CDA and senior officials from all relevant Ministries and organizations.
