ISLAMABAD, Jun 13 (APP):Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Saturday, chaired a committee meeting to review progress on steps required to complete the first closing of the divestment of Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited.
The DPM/FM chaired a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Privatization (CCoP), the DPM Office said in a press release.
The meeting was attended by the Ministers for Power, Commerce, Advisor to PM on Privatization, SAPM Tariq Bajwa, Secretaries Privatization, Planning, Cabinet and senior officials from the concerned ministries.
The meeting considered matters related to the Federal Board of Revenue and requests submitted by the purchaser under the transaction framework.
Necessary decisions were taken to further advance the privatization process.
