DPM expresses concern over flood situation in KP, assures federal Govt’s full support for relief efforts

ISLAMABAD, Aug 28 (APP): Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister, Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Thursday expressed deep concern over the flood situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, conveyed solidarity with the bereaved families, and assured the Federal Government’s full support for relief and rehabilitation efforts.

The deputy prime minister met with the Leader of the Opposition in the KP Provincial Assembly, Dr. Ibadullah Khan, a DPM’s Office news release said.

They discussed the grave situation caused by the recent devastating floods in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, which have severely impacted communities and families across the province.

They also exchanged views on other political matters.
