DPM Dar emphasises govt’s commitment to ensure quality medical, dental education
ISLAMABAD, Dec 18 (APP):Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister (DPM/FM), Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar on Thursday emphasized the government’s commitment to ensuring quality medical and dental education, promoting fair and transparent tuition fees, strengthening regulatory frameworks, and preparing competent healthcare professionals to meet national health needs and future challenges.
The deputy prime minister and foreign minister made these commitments while chairing a committee meeting to address issues raised by the Pakistan Association of Private Medical and Dental Institutions (PAMI), a DPM’s Office news release said.
The meeting was attended by the Federal Minister for Health, Minister of State for Finance, Advisor to the CM Punjab on Health, and representatives from the Ministry of NHSR&C, PM&DC, and other relevant stakeholders, including PAMI.
