ISLAMABAD, Nov 24 (APP):Deputy Prime Minister/Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar Monday chaired a high-level meeting focused on the promotion of sports in Pakistan and strengthening the country’s capacity to host major sporting events.
The DPM/FM underscored the importance of broad-based consultations with all stakeholders for an assessment of logistical, administrative, and technical feasibility in planning future engagements.
The meeting was attended by SAPM Tariq Bajwa, the Senior Minister of Punjab, the Minister for Sports Balochistan, Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch, Secretary IPC, provincial sports secretaries, and senior representatives of the Pakistan Olympic Association.
