ISLAMABAD, Jun 25 (APP):Director General Safe City and DIG Traffic Muhammad Haroon Joiya on Thursday reviewed calls received through the Mohafiz Muharram App and directed officers to ensure immediate response and timely resolution of citizens’ issues during Muharram-ul-Haram.
An official told APP, the DG Safe City visited the Mohafiz Muharram Control Room and monitored the handling of complaints and requests received through the application.
Haroon Joiya reviewed the response mechanism and directed officers to remain fully alert and respond promptly to every call received through the app.

He instructed the control room staff to ensure that citizens’ complaints and requests were addressed without delay through effective coordination with the relevant field formations.
The DG Haroon emphasized that the Mohafiz Muharram App was playing a key role in facilitating citizens and strengthening communication between the public and law enforcement agencies during Muharram-ul-Haram.
The official said Safe City Islamabad continued to utilize modern technology and digital monitoring systems to support security operations and ensure timely public assistance throughout Muharram.
Haroon Joiya reiterated that every available resource was being utilized to provide prompt services and maintain a peaceful and secure environment for citizens during Muharram-ul-Haram, the official added.
