Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Islamabad Ali Waseem on Tuesday announced an open-door policy for citizens, allowing them to visit his office in G-11 daily to directly raise complaints and seek timely resolution of their problems.

ISLAMABAD, Sep 15 (APP):Deputy Inspector General (DIG) Islamabad Ali Waseem on Tuesday announced an open-door policy for citizens, allowing them to visit his office in G-11 daily to directly raise complaints and seek timely resolution of their problems.
An official told APP  that the initiative was aimed at ensuring direct public access, hearing of complaints and timely redressal of grievances.
DIG Ali Waseem said citizens could visit his office without hesitation to present their complaints and problems.
Every complaint will be heard on merit and priority basis, he said, assuring citizens that their grievances would receive due attention.
The DIG Ali said serving citizens, resolving their problems promptly and ensuring timely justice remained among the top priorities of Islamabad Police.
He said the open-door policy would provide citizens with direct access to senior police leadership for the resolution of their complaints and other police-related issues.
