ISLAMABAD, Sep 22 (APP):Director General (DG) National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi held an open court at the NCCIA Headquarters in Islamabad, where citizens presented complaints related to cyber fraud, online harassment and other cybercrimes.
An official told APP on Tuesday that the DG Rizvi personally heard the complaints of citizens and reviewed the issues brought before him during the open court.
Rizvi directed the concerned officers to take immediate action on the complaints and ensure their resolution strictly on merit.
He stressed that citizens approaching the NCCIA with cybercrime complaints should be provided timely assistance and their cases handled in accordance with law.
The open court was aimed at providing citizens direct access to the agency’s senior leadership and ensuring prompt redressal of cybercrime complaints.
