DG ISPR holds special interactive session on national security with students
RAWALPINDI, Jul 19 (APP): Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, held a special interactive session with participants of the ISPR Summer Camp 2026, focusing on Pakistan’s security environment and emerging challenges.
Addressing the students, the DG ISPR provided an overview of the country’s internal and external security dynamics, counterterrorism efforts, and the evolving threats confronting Pakistan.
He also discussed the measures being taken to safeguard national stability and strengthen security institutions.
The students described the session as informative and insightful, saying it enhanced their understanding of the complex security issues facing the country.
They said that the briefing shed light on various factors contributing to instability, including the activities of Fitna al-Hindustan and Fitna al-Khwarij, particularly in Balochistan.
The participants appreciated the opportunity to engage directly with the military’s spokesperson and gain a deeper perspective on national security affairs.
The students emphasized that, in the current era, awareness about misinformation and propaganda is essential as both spread rapidly.
They reaffirmed their resolve that the entire nation stands shoulder to shoulder with the Pakistan Armed Forces in fight against terrorism.
The ISPR Summer Camp is an important initiative to promote national awareness among young people and help develop their abilities.
More than 4,000 students from grades nine to twelve, representing over 18 cities across Pakistan, are taking part in the summer camp.
