Development schemes to improve standard of living of people: PM

ISLAMABAD, Oct 7 (APP): Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif Friday said development and welfare schemes of the government were aimed at improving the standard of living of the people.

“It is the endeavour of the government to undertake socio
economic uplift of the people to make Pakistan a developed and prosperous country, with equal opportunities available for all,” the Prime Minister said while talking to Rana Mahmood ul Hasan, MPA who called on him here at the PM House.

The Prime Minister asked the people’s representatives to
maintain an active liaison with the people of their constituencies, to be apprised of their issues and also to get feedback on the ongoing developmental schemes in their respective constituencies.

Rana Mahmood ul Hasan lauded the leadership role of the Prime Minister in taking the country out of multiple challenges in difficult times.

He said the present government has successfully turned around Pakistan’s economy and has initiated mega infrastructure development projects across the country.

“The overall security situation of the country has improved
significantly during the present government. We are confident that under your dynamic leadership, Pakistan will transform into a truly vibrant, democratic modern state,” the MPA said.
