ISLAMABAD, Jan 06 (APP):A delegation from Fatima Villa, Dhoke Awan, led by the President of the Roman Catholic Christian Society, Sarfraz Francis, met with Member National Assembly Isphanyar Bhandara to discuss the acute shortage of water in the area.
During the meeting, the delegation apprised the MNA of the severe water scarcity in the society and the hardships being faced by residents due to the prolonged lack of clean drinking water, said a press release.
The delegation informed that the issue has persisted for a long time, significantly affecting the daily lives of the local population.
Bhandara attentively listened to the concerns raised by the delegation and assured them of his full cooperation in resolving the water crisis.
He said that relevant authorities would be contacted to ensure a sustainable and long-term solution so that immediate relief could be provided to the residents of the society.
