ISLAMABAD, Aug 14 (APP): Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan and Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, H.E. Mr. Atadjan Movlamov, has extended heartfelt congratulations and warm greetings to the government and people of Pakistan on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day.
In his message here, the Ambassador highlighted Pakistan’s strengthened diplomatic standing and its proactive engagement in regional affairs, particularly its constructive role in facilitating a critical cease-fire and dialogue in Islamabad.
H.E., Movlamov also underscored the longstanding friendship between Turkmenistan and Pakistan, describing the relationship as being rooted in mutual respect, shared cultural affinities and a common vision for peace and prosperity.
He expressed confidence that the partnership between the two countries would continue to deepen, bringing greater benefits to their peoples and contributing to the prosperity and stability of the region.
As Dean of the Diplomatic Corps, the Ambassador also conveyed sincere appreciation to the Government of Pakistan, particularly the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other state institutions, for their professionalism, courtesy and continued support to the diplomatic community.
He further acknowledged the generosity and hospitality of the Pakistani people, as well as the valuable contributions of the Pakistani media and business community toward strengthening dialogue and international cooperation.
The Turkmen Ambassador concluded his message by wishing Pakistan renewed peace, unity and prosperity, and prayed for health, happiness and well-being for all its citizens.
