ISLAMABAD, Oct 07 (APP):Danish Judge Justice Muhammad Ahsan on Tuesday visited the Islamabad High Court (IHC) and District and Sessions Courts Islamabad.
On his arrival, the Sessions Judges East and West met him and discussed matters related to the judicial system. Justice Muhammad Ahsan visited the district courts and observed the ongoing legal proceedings in various courts.
He visited Judicial Magistrate Abbas Shah, Judicial Magistrate Inamullah and other courts. On this occasion, he also inspected the court of Sessions Judge Nasir Javed Rana and took a briefing on the judicial environment, procedure and justice system.
On the other hand, the normal functioning of the court in the Islamabad High Court was temporarily affected due to the arrival of the Danish judges. Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani temporarily suspended the single bench hearing that was going on at 11 am.
Justice Kayani remarked that there is a meeting now, the hearing will resume at 12:15 pm.
Later, he left the court to meet the Danish judge, accompanied by other judges who had gathered to pay their respects to the distinguished foreign guest.
