ISLAMABAD, Aug 18 (APP):Barrister Danial Chaudhary has stressed the need to respect and implement judicial decisions, saying all legal points arising from a verdict should be addressed promptly through the relevant forums.
Talking to the media outside Parliament House, he said, “My leader and my party leadership have always respected judicial decisions, and we also honour every verdict.”
He said any grievances regarding the decision would be raised before the relevant forum and the matter would be taken forward in accordance with the law.
Responding to a question, Chaudhary said, “The courts are making decisions under the Constitution and law with a level of independence and autonomy rarely seen in the recent past.”
