Critics of present government trying to hide misdeeds of previous rulers: Speaker

PESHAWAR, Apr 18 (APP):Speaker National Assembly, Asad Qaisar Thursday said that those who have launched baseless criticism against present government are trying to hide misdeeds and ill planning of previous rulers from public.
He was addressing new party entrants in a welcoming ceremony held at Union Council Gabasny, District Swabi.
He said that present government has inherited an economic crisis that is an outcome of the wrong policies adopted by previous rulers.
He said that unsatisfactory economic situation has forced government to take tough decisions for strengthening economy adding the crisis would be over soon and country would enjoy the fruits of welfare oriented decisions taken by the PTI government.
Asad said that people have reposed confidence on the leadership of Prime Minister, Imran Khan who has capability to resolve financial vows of the county and take the nation on a course of progress and prosperity.
He also assured farmers resolution of their problems and said that a new package to facilitate youth and farmers would be the part of next budget.
He said that PTI government would take pragmatic steps for farmers who have been exploited in past.
He also welcomed new comers in the party and said that they would be consulted and given respectable position.
He said that problems of people residing in Gabasny relating to health, education and electricity would be addressed on priority basis.
