ISLAMABAD, Oct 20 (APP): Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday summoned more prosecution witnesses for testimony on next hearing in a case regarding violent protest at Faizabad after disqualification of PTI founder.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sapra adjourned the hearing of the case till next date.
During the hearing, lawyer Ilyas Siddiqui appeared in the court on behalf of the PTI leaders, while five prosecution witnesses appeared in the court and faced cross-examination. PTI leaders Amir Mahmood Kayani, Raja Majid and others were also present in the court.
The court adjourned the proceedings by summoning more prosecution witnesses for the next hearing. The case is registered in the Industrial Area Police Station.
