ISLAMABAD, Jan 27 (APP):An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Tuesday postponed the indictment of PTI leaders Rauf Hassan and Ahmed Waqas Janjua due to lawyers’ strike in a case pertaining to their alleged links with terrorists.
ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sapra heard the case, Rauf Hassan and Advocate Ayesha Khalid appeared in the court.
Advocate Ayesha Khalid said that there is a strike today and the accused cannot be indicted; the court should adjourn the hearing without proceeding.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case till February 2.
