ISLAMABAD, Dec 05 (APP): The District & Sessions Court of Islamabad in Friday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister Ali Amin Gandapur after he repeatedly failed to appear in the audio leak case registered against him.
Judge Nasr Minullah Baloch conducted the hearing, during which a co-accused named alongside Gandapur appeared before the court. However, due to Gandapur’s absence, the court postponed the indictment proceedings.
The judge then issued non-bailable arrest warrants and adjourned the case until January 20. According to police records, the audio leak case against Gandapur is registered at Golra Police Station.
