ISLAMABAD, Oct 13 (APP):An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday extended the interim bail of Imaan Mazari Advocate, Hadi Ali Chatha and Mustafa Kazmi till October 16, in a fight case with President, High Court Bar, Wajid Gilani.
Judge Abual Hassanat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the case. The court expressed its displeasure over the police not presenting the record during the hearing.
The court directed that the complete record be presented at the next hearing, otherwise action will be taken against the responsible parties.
Furthermore, the court restrained the accused from being arrested in the relevant case till October 16 and adjourned the hearing on the bail applications till the said date.
It may be recalled that this case against Iman Mazari, Hadi Ali Chatha and others was registered at the Secretariat Police Station, Islamabad.
