ISLAMABAD, Oct 09 (APP):Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Thursday distributed copies of challans to seven accused in the case against PTI workers arrested during the October 4 protest.
The court also extended the interim bail of Senator Azam Swati till November 13, in a case registered by Margalla Police Station.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sapra summoned all the accused for indictment on next hearing.
During the hearing of the case registered at Tarnol police station regarding the October 4 protest, PTI lawyers Sardar Shubhishek Khan and others appeared in the court. Copies of challans were distributed to seven accused.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case until October 31. On the other hand, the same court also heard the case registered against Senator Azam Khan Swati during the November 26 protest and extended his interim bail until November 13.
The court remarked that the bail issue related to the same case is pending in two courts, hence the decision on the bail applications will be announced on November 13.
