COAS pays brief visit to Kabul; meets Afghan President, US Military leadership

RAWALPINDI, March 2 (APP): Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif, on way back from Tajikistan, had brief stop over at Kabul on Wednesday and attended the change of command ceremony of Resolute Support Mission in Kabul. The COAS, after attending change of command ceremony, held meeting with Afghan President Ashraf Ghani at the Palace, Director General Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Lt. General Asim Saleem Bajwa stated in a Tweet.
