ISLAMABAD, Feb 19 (APP): Minister for Planning, Development and Reform Ahsan Iqbal on Friday informed the National Assembly that directives have already beenissued to start classes in Gwadar and Zhob universities in September. Responding to a point of order raised by Qazi Esa Noori, the minister said the government would bring all backwards areas at par with the developed areas ofthe country.
