ISLAMABAD, Sep 23 (APP): Chaghi mountain model installed at Faizabad will be relocated at Fatimah Jinnah Park (F-9 Park).
This was decided due to construction of Signal Free Corridor from Zero Pint to Rawat, said spokesperson of CDA.
Under this project Expressway from Zero Point to Rawat will be made Signal Free and relocation of Chaghi model from the site to another place was unavoidable.
Mayor of Islamabad and Chairman CDA, Sheikh Anser Aziz has directed concerned formations to install this model at F-9 Park so that model of Chaghi mountain, which was installed to commemorate the atomic tests conducted to make the defense of this country impregnable , could not be relocated in future.
He said that due increasing traffic burden on the Expressway particularly to resolve the traffic congestion problem at Faizabad, the Expressway is being made Signal Free and in this context relocation of Chaghi Model was inevitable.
