ISLAMABAD, Nov 21 (APP):The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has introduced a new online complaint-redressal system aimed at improving public convenience and ensuring timely municipal services.
Under the new mechanism, citizens can lodge complaints by directly tagging @cdathecapital or CDA Chairman @RandhawaAli on social media platforms, the spokesperson told APP on Friday.
He said the move was part of a broader effort to make municipal service delivery faster, more transparent and fully trackable.
The spokesperson said all complaints received through the online system would be acted upon immediately, with relevant field teams dispatched to address issues at residents’ doorstep.
To a query, he said the initiative was aimed at strengthening direct communication between the authority and citizens, reducing delays and improving accountability.
He reiterated that public facilitation and speedy service delivery remain among top priorities of CDA, and that the newly launched digital mechanism will help streamline coordination and ensure quicker problem-solving across the capital.
