Cadet colleges imparting quality education: Governor
PESHAWAR, Apr 29 (APP):Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Shah Farman Monday said the cadet colleges are playing important role in the field of education and character building of the young generation of the province.
He expressed these views while presiding over a meeting of Board of Governors (BoGs) of cadet college, Razmak, District North Waziristan here at governor house.
The meeting was attended by Principle Secretary to Governor Nizam-ud-Din, Secretary E&S education, Deputy Commissioner North Waziristan Abdul Nasir and military and civil members.
The meeting discussed the overall performance, administrative issues, composition of the BoGs, recruitment process and qualification of the principles in detailed.
The governor said that cadet colleges were best educational institutes which were delivering best curriculum and non curricular activities. He hoped that these institutes would maintain and further improve their standards enabling the future generations to meet the modern day’s challenges.
