LAHORE, July 20 (APP): Black Day was observed to express solidarity with Kashmiri people, at Lahore Zoo on Wednesday.

Addressing a ceremony in this connection, Director General Wildlife & Parks Punjab Khalid Ayaz Khan said that officers and employees of Wildlife & Parks and Lahore Zoo condemned the cruelties against Kashmiris in Indian held Kashmir, and people of the country would continue to support the stance of Kashmiris at every level.

Khalid Ayaz Khan expressed the hope that Kashmiris would soon get freedom.

He said that according to the resolutions of United Nations, right of self-determination was right of Kashmiris, which should be given to them.

Later, APCA Unit Lahore Zoo held a function for the encouragement of officials who performed duties during Eid holidays, which was addressed by DG Khalid Ayaz Khan, Director Lahore Zoo and President APCA Unit Malik Akhtar Ali Awan.
