Bilawal can become hero by launching train march against corruption: Ali Zaidi

ISLAMABAD, Mar 25 (APP):Minister for Maritime Affairs Syed Ali Haider Zaidi on Monday said Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari could become a hero by launching a train march against corruption.
It was not appropriate for the PPP leader to undertake the train march against the government over non-issues, he said while talking to a private news channel.
Ali Zaidi said the timing of the march was also not right in view of the international situation. Moreover, the statements being issued by him were also against the national interests, he added.
The minister said the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government was not responsible for the corruption cases being faced by the leadership of both opposition parties – PPP and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
The two parties had instituted the cases against the each other when they were in government, he added.
He said the incumbent government had also nothing to do with the conviction of former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. He was convicted by the court when his party was in power, he added.
Ali Zaidi said the use of derogatory language against each other by the leaders of two opposition parties was part of the history, but now they had joined hands only to make away with the looted public wealth.
To a question, the minister said Maryam Nawaz informed the people about the health of her father through tweets daily, but it was regretful that she did not issue even a single sentence message against the recent Indian aggression.
