ISLAMABAD, Mar 02 (APP): The Islamabad High Court (IHC) bench hearing appeals of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha in controversial tweet case is dissolved on Monday.
Justice Muhammad Asif sent the case file to Chief Justice Sarfaraz Dogar to form a new bench. The court was told that earlier Justice Azam Khan had been hearing such cases.
Therefore, the file of these appeals is being sent to the Chief Justice, the court said.
It may be mentioned here that Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chatha had filed a request for early hearing of their appeals.
