Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police have arrested two alleged members of the “Bali Boxer Gang” for their suspected involvement in a series of gunpoint street robberies in different parts of the federal capital and recovered snatched valuables from their possession.

ISLAMABAD, Sep 22 (APP):Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police have arrested two alleged members of the “Bali Boxer Gang” for their suspected involvement in a series of gunpoint street robberies in different parts of the federal capital and recovered snatched valuables from their possession.
An official told APP on Tuesday that Karachi Company Police, led by Station House Officer (SHO) Inspector Nadeem Tahir Gujjar, carried out the operation with the help of modern technical resources. Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) Arif Hussain and other members of the police team participated in the operation.
The arrested suspects were identified as Hamza Khan alias Bali Boxer, son of Muhammad Amin Khan, and Ziauddin, son of Zahirullah.
Police said the suspects were allegedly involved in snatching mobile phones, wallets, cash and other valuables at gunpoint from citizens in G-11, G-10, G-9, F-8 and F-10.
Nine cases under First Information Report Numbers, 789/26, 796/26, 799/26, 822/26, 827/26, 828/26, 829/26, 834/26 and 843/26, have been registered against the suspects at Karachi Company Police Station under Section 392 of the Pakistan Penal Code.
Police also recovered snatched mobile phones, wallets, cash, different cards and other valuables allegedly linked to the street robbery incidents.
During investigation, the suspects also allegedly disclosed their involvement in similar incidents in the Margalla, Ramna, Aabpara and Sabzi Mandi areas. Police said these disclosures were being verified and further investigation was underway.
Police teams were also conducting raids at different locations to trace and arrest any other accomplices allegedly linked to the suspects.
