Azerbaijan FM conveys condolences to DPM/FM Dar

ISLAMABAD, Feb 07 (APP): Deputy Prime Minister / Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Saturday, received a phone call from Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov.

“Foreign Minister Bayramov conveyed condolences on behalf of the President, government, and people of Azerbaijan, extending prayers for the victims of the Islamabad blast and solidarity with Pakistan,” the Foreign Office Spokesperson said in a press release.

Strongly condemning the attack, the DPM/FM reiterated Pakistan’s resolve to fight the menace of terrorism.

Both leaders also discussed current regional and international developments of mutual interest and reaffirmed the enduring partnership between Pakistan and Azerbaijan.
