Ayaz felicitates Saudi leadership, people on National Day
ISLAMABAD, Sep 23 (APP):Speaker of National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq on Wednesday felicitated the Saudi leadership and people on the occasion of the 96th National Day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In his message, the Speaker said that Saudi Arabia was making remarkable progress and achieving new milestones of development and prosperity under the visionary leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.
He said Saudi Arabia’s extraordinary development and achievements were a source of pride for the Saudi people.
Ayaz Sadiq said Pakistan and Saudi Arabia enjoyed fraternal relations rooted in common faith, historical ties and mutual respect.
He said Pakistan highly valued its longstanding brotherly relations with Saudi Arabia, adding that the two brotherly countries had always stood by each other in difficult times.
The Speaker highlighted the important role of parliamentary ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia in promoting mutual cooperation, understanding and people-to-people friendship.
He said strong relations between the Parliament of Pakistan and the Saudi Shura Council served as an effective means of further strengthening the longstanding brotherly ties between the two countries.
Ayaz Sadiq said the close and friendly relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia were also playing an important role in promoting peace and stability in the region.
