An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Wednesday reissued arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi and others in the November 26 protest case.

ISLAMABAD, Sep 30 (APP): An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Wednesday reissued arrest warrants for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi and others in the November 26 protest case.

ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra heard the case. The court was informed that police have not yet submitted the challan in the case, prompting the judge to express annoyance and direct that the challan be filed at the earliest.

The court reissued arrest warrants for Sohail Afridi and others, adjourning further hearing of the case until October 9.

It may be noted that a case against PTI leaders and workers is registered at Margalla Police Station.
