ISLAMABAD, Oct 16 (APP): An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has recorded the statement of another witness in the case against Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha concerning the removal of barriers.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra conducted the hearing at Adiala Jail, where the prosecution recorded the statement of a key witness.
During the proceedings, defence lawyers filed applications seeking adjournment of the hearing and raising objections regarding the jail trial. They also presented arguments on the miscellaneous applications.
The court subsequently adjourned further proceedings until Monday.
