ISLAMABAD, Nov 06 (APP): An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Thursday initiated proceedings to declare PTI lawyer Ali Ijaz Buttar as absconder in the case of alleged torture on Khawar Manika during the hearing of the Iddat case.
ATC Judge Tahir Abbas Sapra heard the case. During the hearing, the court initiated proceedings against PTI lawyer Ali Ijaz Buttar for his continuous non-appearance despite summons and adjourned the further hearing of the case till December 6. A case has been registered against PTI lawyers in Ramna police station.
