ATC adjourns Ramna Police Station attack case
ISLAMABAD, Dec 08 (APP):An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday adjourned hearing against PTI workers related an attack on Ramna Police Station during riots of May 9.
The hearing of the case was postponed for today due to the unavailability of Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Sapra. More witnesses’ statements could not be recorded in today’s hearing.
It may be mentioned here that the trial of a case against 1 PTI worker is underway. More than 8 PTI workers have already been convicted in the same case and PTI MNA Abdul Latif Chitrali has been disqualified in the same case.
A case has been registered against PTI workers for attacking Ramna police station on May 9.
