ISLAMABAD, Oct 29 (APP):Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti on Wednesday issued non-bailable arrest warrants for former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in a liquor and arms recovery case.
During the hearing, neither Gandapur nor his counsel, Raja Zahoor-ul-Hasan, appeared before the court. The judge noted their repeated absence and directed authorities to arrest Gandapur and produce him before the court.
The court adjourned the hearing till November 11.
It may be recalled that a case against Ali Amin Gandapur was registered at Bara Kahu Police Station over alleged recovery of liquor and illegal weapons.
