Around 4,000 COVID-19 patients recovered in Punjab: Dr Yasmin
ISLAMABAD, May 09 (APP):Punjab Minister for Health Dr Yasmin Rashid Saturday said around 4,000 patients of COVID-19 had recovered in Punjab.
Talking to a private news channel, she said the provincial government was conducting tests of coronavirus patients regularly to identify the most sensitive area of the province.
The minister said the government would ease the lockdown in those areas where ratio of the pandemic was low. Small markets and shops will remain open in the province to facilitate masses during the Holy month of Ramazan, she added.
Dr Yasmin Rashid said the provincial government was utilising all available resources to successfully control the spread of coronavirus.
