ISLAMABAD, Sep 4 (APP):Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf senior leader and candidate for the office of the President Arif Alvi on Tuesday expressed confidence to win presidential election with a clear majority.
Talking to PTV, Alvi said that he would focus equally on all federating units for launching development projects and priorities for provision of basic amenities to masses.
“PTI strongly believes in strengthening democracy,” he added.
Dr Alvi thanked his party and Prime Minister Imran Khan for nominating him for the office of President. “We are vying for positive and constructive change in the country.”
He said water crisis is looming large and it would priority of the government to conserve water and evolve strategies for meeting the future water needs.
“I would ensure constructive approach and guide the government in different areas also ensuring balance among the federating units,” he added.
His top priority after being elected as the President of Pakistan will work for harmony among federating Units.
Arif Alvi added PTI wants a Pakistan where every citizen has access to justice and civic facilities.
