ISLAMABAD, Nov 19 (APP):Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs & Gilgit-Baltistan and SAFRON, Engineer Amir Muqam on Wednesday congratulated the Pakistan Navy on its major anti-narcotics operation in Arabian sea, calling it a remarkable success and a testament to its professionalism.
In a statement, the federal minister termed the operation of the Pakistan Navy not only an important milestone for peace and stability in the region, but also a manifestation of Pakistan’s responsible role at the global level.
He lauded the role of Naval officers in conducting successful anti-narcotics operation, saying that their services were a source of pride for the country and the nation.
He also informed that Pakistan Navy seized drugs worth $130 million during a highly successful operation.
