ISLAMABAD, Dec 31 (APP): Federal Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan on Wednesday extended New Year greetings to the nation on the advent of 2026, expressing the hope that the year would usher in prosperity, stability and progress for Pakistan.
He prayed that may Allah Almighty make the New Year a dawn of hope for the oppressed Muslims of occupied Kashmir and Palestine and grant them true freedom, peace, and justice, said a press release.
In his message, President of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party Abdul Aleem Khan reaffirmed the resolve that the entire nation will remain united this year to play its full role in eradicating the menace of terrorism from Pakistan. He paid rich tribute to the Military Personnel of the nation’s borders and the brave Security Forces, stating that the whole nation salutes their unparalleled sacrifices for peace and security.
Abdul Aleem Khan said that to steer the country out of prevailing challenges, collective and individual responsibilities will continue to be fulfilled with a firm commitment to serve the nation through unity, hard work, and sincerity.
He further prayed that may Allah Almighty keep Pakistan on the path of peace, stability, and development, and grant patience and fortitude to the families of martyrs who laid down their lives for the homeland. Expressing solidarity with them, he prayed that the New Year may bring goodness, blessings, and prosperity for all of us.
