AIOU to hold FA, BA exams from Nov 2

ISLAMABAD, Oct 22 (APP): Allama Iqbal Open University
(AIOU) will hold final exams of SSC, FA, BA and BS Computer Science
Programmes for Spring semester from November 2.
Roll Number slips of these programmes are being dispatched
to the enrolled students at their postal address.
According to the Controller Exam, the date-sheet will also be
placed this week at the University’s website www.aiou.edu.pk for the
convenience of students, said spokesman of the university.
About 850 exam centers have been set up across the country at
the nearest places. The students who do not receive their roll
number slips till October 25 have been advised to contact the
respective regional Office or superintendent, Examinations
Department for issuance of duplicate slip.
It may be mentioned that the university has recently taken
various initiatives, gradually moving towards automation system to
bring about transparency and quality in the overall examination
system.
The matters relating to evaluation of examination’s papers
and announcement of results are being streamlined.
