AGPR sets June 12 deadline for submission of FY2025-26 payment claims

ISLAMABAD, Jun 11 (APP):The Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR) announced here that June 12, 2026 (Friday), would be the final date for submission of all payment claims relating to the Financial Year 2025-26, urging all concerned departments to ensure timely submission as no claims will be accepted after the deadline.
“No fresh claim will be accepted after this date as the financial year approaches its close,” said an official notification issued by the AGPR office.
According to the notification, all Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) are required to submit fresh payment claims relating to services availed and purchases made up to date by 12 June 2026.
The same deadline has also been fixed for the re-submission of all unpassed claims and bills for which tokens have already been issued.
AGPR further informed that 15 June 2026 will be the final date for re-submission of all
unpassed bills against tokens issued up to 12 June 2026.
For Assignment Accounts maintained by AGPR Islamabad and its sub-offices, 19 June 2026 has been notified as the last date for submission of releases. The notification further states that no honorarium claims will be entertained after 12 June 2026.
Similarly, computer change statements relating to off-cycle payments will be accepted only up to 11 June 2026 and are tentatively scheduled for processing on 16 June 2026.
AGPR has advised all DDOs to ensure timely submission of computer change statements and receipt of change (manual pay) cases to avoid delays in salary payments and other related financial transactions.
The department has also clarified that salary cheques pertaining to the current financial year will expire upon closure of FY 2025-26. No replacement cheque for the current financial year will be issued after 30 June 2026.
All concerned offices have been urged to strictly adhere to the prescribed deadlines to ensure smooth financial closing and timely settlement of claims.
