Abbasi praises security forces for successful anti-terror operation in Balochistan

ISLAMABAD, Jun 09 (APP):Federal Minister for Railways Muhammad Hanif Abbasi Tuesday paid tribute to security forces for conducting a successful operation against terrorists in the Nal area of Balochistan.
In a statement, the minister said that the timely and effective action by security forces had foiled the nefarious designs of terrorists and demonstrated the forces’ unwavering commitment to safeguarding national security.
Hanif Abbasi lauded the professional capabilities and bravery of the security personnel for eliminating 14 terrorists backed by India.
He said the operation reflected the preparedness and determination of security institutions in confronting threats posed by anti-state elements.
The minister emphasized that continued operations against hostile elements were essential for ensuring peace, stability and the protection of the country’s sovereignty.
He said that decisive action against enemies of the state remained a guarantee of national security.
Expressing deep sorrow over the martyrdom of Lance Havaldar Muhammad Abbas during the operation, Hanif Abbasi said that the sacrifices rendered by the nation’s martyrs would always be remembered with honor and gratitude.
He also extended his heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the bereaved family of the fallen soldier, praying for strength and patience for them in this difficult time.
Reaffirming his support for the armed forces, the minister pledged to stand shoulder to shoulder with Pakistan’s security institutions until the complete eradication of terrorism from the country.
